These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between Karri.io Ltd ("Seller," "we," or "us") and the customer ("Customer," "you," or "user").

2. Pre-Sales Orders

a) No Commitment to Plans, Subscriptions, or Contracts:

Purchasing a pre-sale device does not obligate you to commit to any plans, subscriptions, or contracts with Karri.io Ltd. You are making a one-time purchase of the pre-sale device, and there are no additional obligations associated with this transaction.

b) Refund Policy:

You have the right to request a full refund at any time before the device is shipped. If, for any reason, you decide not to proceed with your pre-sale purchase, please contact our customer support team to initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed promptly and in accordance with our standard refund procedures.

c). Escrowed Payments for Device Development:

Your payment for the pre-sale device will not be used for device development. Instead, all pre-sale payments will be securely held in escrow until the device is ready to be shipped. This ensures transparency and guarantees that your funds are reserved exclusively for the fulfilment of your pre-sale order.

d) Indeterminate Launch Date:

While the pre-sale device does not have a fixed launch date at the time of purchase, by participating in the pre-sale, you are securing access to the first produced devices. We are committed to providing regular updates on the development and production progress via Email, keeping you informed every step of the way. Rest assured that your pre-sale purchase prioritizes you for early access to our innovative product.

e) Communication and Updates:

We value our customers, and we are dedicated to keeping you informed. Throughout the pre-sale period, we will provide timely updates on the development, production, and anticipated shipping dates. You can expect transparent and regular communication from us via email and through our official communication channels.

f) Product Features and Specifications:

While the device is under development, we understand the importance of keeping you informed about its features and specifications. We will provide detailed information about the product as it becomes available, ensuring that you are well-informed about the innovative features and capabilities of the pre-sale device.

3. Electronic Communications

When you use the Site or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
