Chats
A Karri chat is a secure messaging channel. There are two chat types:
- 1-on-1 chats: direct private messages between a Karri App user and a Karri Messenger user
- Group chats: shared channels containing both Karri App users and Karri Messenger users
NB. Chats must always contain at least one Karri App user.

Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes, you can. Click here then click on Subscriptions, then Manage Subscription.
Do I need a membership for each Karri Messenger?
Yes - the membership plans shown are per Karri messenger.
Can I gift a membership to someone?
If you want to gift a membership, please ensure to only purchase one membership during that transaction. If you purchase more than one membership at once, you will not be able to gift one of them to someone with another account.
Can I change to a different membership once I have signed up already?
Yes, absolutely. Just contact our customer service and we will help you change to whatever membership works best for you!
