Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order has dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

General Returns Policy
We have a 30-day returns policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • How to Start a Return: Contact us at hello@karri.io. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label alongside instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Warranty
We offer a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase covering repair or replacement for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.

  • Processing: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

  • Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at hello@karri.io.
