Can I switch my membership level after signing up?

Yes - simply contact us and we can change the membership to whatever you need.

Can I cancel my membership at any time, and will I get a refund?

Yes, you can cancel anytime and we will not bill you from that point forward anymore! If you choose monthly you can cancel anytime and you will have use of the device until the end of the current month billing cycle that you will have paid for in advance. If you are on an annual or 2 year plan, we do not offer partial refunds of these plans.

Do you offer family, group, or corporate memberships?

We do! Drop an email to hello@karri.io and we can customise a plan for your school or sports club for example!
